Refresh Huddle No. 1

Redefine: recovering your identity from what has been spoken over you to what God speaks over you.

One of my desires for Refresh is to have times of coming together for teaching and encouragement. I’ve wanted to create a space for women who serve and minister to be served and ministered to. I want to create a space for you to catch your breath and remind your heart of why you’re doing what you’re doing. Why you are serving Jesus as a ministry wife.

This huddle is going to be on redefining your identity. You are going to be recovering your identity from what has been spoken over you and regrounding your identity in what God speaks over you.

We are going to:

• Define what the Bible says about our identity
• Identify things that have been said over you that aren’t true
• Have compassion on ourselves
• Learn an experience exercise, as a way to process positive and negative experiences
• Find threads of God’s faithfulness through our stories and pull on them to see them clearly
• Write a new script to fight discouragement and defeat

We are going to meet online on April 16 at 7:00PM and the event will be recorded to either rewatch or replay if you can’t make it live. This is a unique opportunity to be invested in specifically as a ministry wife, I do not want you to miss it. The event is FREE and will come with the teaching time, a workbook PDF to follow along, and then a homework takeaway to keep the learning going on your own.
